Both in-person and online training are available if you like to train in Eltex directly. Course programs are the same

All training modules feature lab practices. A dedicated Eltex hardware lab stand is provided to every group regardless of the training format (in-person or online)

The easiest way is to submit a request on the course page of your interest. Our manager will contact you shortly to discuss the training start date and provide further details

Eltex Academy in-person courses are available at Eltex Enterprise in Novosibirsk, Russia. 
For other locations, please check out the offers of our Authorized training centers

Upon successful completion of a course, you will receive a branded certificate with a unique verifiable code, confirming your knowledge in Eltex equipment operation.

The certificate expires three years after it has been issued

There are three ways to extend a validity period:

• Take the same course again and pass an exam
• Take a course of higher level and pass an exam. When you earn a certificate for an advanced course on the same subject, your basic certificate is automatically extended until the advanced certificate expires
• Pass a certification exam only (will be available in 2026)

Most courses* include exams on the last day of training. If the participant does not pass the exam, they can purchase another attempt, which should be utilized within one calendar month from the date of course completion

*Except intensive VoIP courses and academic courses

Course programs in online and in-person formats are the same. Certificates issued upon course completion have no differences either

The courses are available now for corporate employees only

The Academy training center is based on Eltex Enterprise and located at:
